I have pcos and started dronis 30 in November continued till March , in March I had spotting and periods for 15 days, in April my condition was worse with heavy cramps legs tiredness along with back lower pain , so heavy that I have decided to suicide at that moment. Should I consult gynaecologist or any advises to help ? For last 1 month it's frequently food poisoning , gastric issues and vomiting regularly is it relevant?
