I have pain in whole back majorly right hip ,both legs majorly right leg .I don't know what to do .it eases when I lie down and sit on soft surfaces but walking feels difficult and body feels so tight .I have more of a momentary pain then when I am stable.i have attached the mri .

Very rarely, my finger joints also feel slightly stiff, mostly after riding a bike. No significant pain, swelling, redness, or prolonged morning stiffness. 2026 tests: ANA, RF, Anti-CCP and HLA-B27 negative; B12 390; Vitamin D 33, CRP- normal(0.9) 2023 ANA: Positive, titre 1:100, fine-speckled pattern, intensity 2+. Could this be nerve/muscle-related rather than arthritis?
