My wife is 33 and conceived through IUI on 28 August 2026, but recently had a missed miscarriage managed with medication.
Earlier scans showed a subserosal fibroid of approximately 4.2–4.5 cm.
The latest scan described a 7.6 × 5.6 × 7.2 cm mass behind the uterus/cervix, suspected to be a subserosal fibroid.
Could this have contributed to the miscarriage, and what tests can confirm whether it affects the uterine cavity?
Should it be removed before another pregnancy/IUI, and how long should we wait before trying again, with or without surgery?
Does having bulky uterus and having fibroids cause bloating and stomach upset or loose motions during periods ...I had severe pain n bloating last periods...doctor gave me O2 and nexpro rd and cyclopam...now again this month during periods having mild stomach pain and loose motions.. sonography reports showed adenomyosis uterus bulky and fibroid .....can uterus problems cause these symptoms or is it digestive issues thats not related to uterus ...?
I am facing issues with my menstrual cycle. My periods are very irregular, and sometimes I don't get them for 3 months or even longer.

It's A Month Now I'm Recovering From Pneumonia & Blood In Cough Has Stopped
I had my urine test which is clear only bit of protein is high and all other related tests for routine checkup as wasserman test ,hiv ,blood tests all are negative other then hpv in which 16&18 are negative but in dna hpv shows postive and hpvrs positive had my pap smear test which shows LSIL . Do i need colonoscopy or biopsy or can my body heal with time because some strains heal by itself . i just had routine checkup no prior symptoms or discomfort related to anything.
