Anxiety? Something else?

I have had anxiety off an on during the day, my face seemed a bit warmer and redder than usual. I tried to lay down to sleep a few minutes ago and my heart started beating fast, I got the chills and started to feel a bit nauseas. I threw up to get rid of the feeling and the chills came on stronger afterwards. My heart rate seems to have gone down a bit. I am wondering if this is just general anxiety or something else.
