Iam 27years unmarried girl. I have irregular periods since menarche. For the past 3 years ,i have been experiencing vaginal discharge with small amount of blood about 2 days before my periods start and then my regular period begins. This time, I noticed white vaginal discharge mixed with a small amount of blood for about five days before my period started. After that, my regular period began. However, I also experienced the same blood-stained white discharge about 5 months ago. After 7 days of blood-stained white discharge, my period started. I have also noticed occasional White discharge mixed with streaks of blood that occurs even when it is not related to my menstrual period .And sometimes i have little pain in left side of the stomach. I consulted a gynecologist and she suggested an ultrasound (USG) scan of the abdomen and pelvis. The scan report was normal, and the doctor prescribed Femizoy syrup and Welfer XT tablets for 3 months. Is everything ok..

I am a 35-year-old woman, married for 7 years. Since my marriage in 2019, I have experienced significant weight gain due to stress, unemployment, family adjustment issues, and a demanding work schedule. I currently suffer from fatigue, daytime sleepiness, poor sleep, low energy, and restlessness. I smoke 2–3 cigarettes daily. My periods are highly irregular and do not occur naturally. I usually take Primolut-N to induce menstruation, after which my periods start within 5–6 days. Despite being married for several years, I have not been able to conceive. I would like guidance regarding my irregular periods, weight gain, possible hormonal imbalance, and fertility issues. I am seeking a proper evaluation and treatment plan to improve my health and increase my chances of conceiving naturally.
