Hi i dr i have questions actually sometimes my pulse rate increase few minutes it happens for that I am taking betablocker after betablocker now i don't feel pounding sensation if it happens but after few months i feel sudden pounding sensation dhak dhak in chest pulse rate measure that time it was 132 bpm but before it never has happened its nsvt or what I read in Google there is problem called nsvt 5-6 second i feel dhak dhak or its short run pac or artial tachycardia

My father had angioplasty on 7th Jan 2026. He is under below medication. Also I have attached the blood report. I wanted to know- 1- Is GGT elevated level is because of Atorva or daily consumption of home made Paneer or the Tab Uprise 60k which he took for 12 weeks as his Vit D was 18 few months back? And how to overcome this? 2- His HSCRP is 2.88 now.. is this concerning ? How to lower it down? He eat healthy diet. Daily 40 grams of Paneer as protien and good amount Of fruits ( apple,Avacardo, Papaya, Dragonfruit). Also he walks 5 KMs daily on an average. I am a 38-year-old male recently diagnosed with Chronic Ischaemic Heart Disease. My recent laboratory results show very high triglyceride levels at 563 mg/dL and total cholesterol at 249 mg/dL. Although I do not currently have chest pain, I have been experiencing palpitations and shortness of breath while running or talking 10 miniutes, sometimes accompanied by syncope. I am currently prescribed LIPANTHYL (Fenofibrate) 145 mg and ASTATIN (Atorvastatin) 10 mg. Since my insurance has not approved further investigations, could you please advise if an echocardiogram is strictly required for my condition or if there are alternative steps I should take?
