High BP post Craniotomy

My father (64 years) had a Neurosurgery (craniotomy) in the month of February. He has always had a problem with low BP (usually his BP used to be somewhat between 110-120 and 60-70). However, post-surgery, his BP remains 140/70 and in evening hours it increases and remains like 150-160 systolic, and 70-80 diastolic. He is taking Telsig AM/ Telvas AM tablet once daily after breakfast at present. How can we keep his BP in normal range, please suggest.
