Breathing issue and swallowing issue

I think i have nasal polyps and sinus issues. Since 5 months i am suffering from swallowing issues. I feel that food gets stuck in throat or i have to swallow hard or take some water to gulp it down. Below i am attaching my pns xray. Please let me know what i am suffering. I wanna eat again normally. This stuff has caused me lot of stress and anxiety. Even while shower i feel urge to swallow i dont know why.
