So at times I get breathlessness and my chest becomes tight and stomach feels like there is no air inside I had been to a doc they took the IOS test and said the lungs are fine and there is a small difference between before and after taking inhaler . I am also on anxiety medication and she has now recommended Cipla f inhaler a steroid version sometimes the inhaler helps but sometimes it doesn't and the anxiety medicine does not help in reducing the breathlessness .
