Knee strain and pain
I have right knee pain..i took mri..i shows i have strains in my knee and swelling in both knee..its paining a lot..only my right knee is paining..my age is 34..weight is 55kg..height is 159cm..I m unable to stand for 5 mins and walk for 5 mins..pain is unbearable..currently not taking a medicine..what do i do know?? Went to physio and did ift,ultrasound,heat wax for 5 days..plz help me

Hello, I was diagnosed with AVN in 2021, and i went for bilateral hip replacement in 2022 and then after 2023 for the other leg. The doctor had advised me not to squat, not to bend past 90 degrees, not to sit cross legged and from sitting on low surfaces for life. But I feel pain after walking 2-3 kms, and had 3 times minor dislocations where the joint itself Came back to its place automatically. I wanted to know if I can apply for 40% benchmark disability for my case? Or how much percentage can i get given my condition? Thank you
Broken Forearm Issues and Help Needed
I am 16 and had a both-bone forearm fracture on 31 August, which was reduced and treated with a long-arm plaster cast. My recent follow-up X-ray was about 1 week ago and I was told the alignment was fine. Today, at around 4 weeks after the fracture, I moved my whole casted arm from approximately 90° to around 110° relative to the ground. During the movement I felt mild-to-moderate pain in a very small area of the upper forearm/below the wrist, but the pain suddenly disappeared while I was still moving the arm. After that, the previous muscle pain/discomfort around my shoulder also suddenly disappeared, and my hand felt noticeably better. At the same time, the plaster suddenly started feeling less snug throughout the arm, although it is not obviously sliding or rotating. I also notice a familiar nerve-irritation/goosebump or moving sensation when I move my fingers, but there is no persistent numbness or tingling.
