Intermittenr pain on LHS ankle
I get pain on my left hand side ankle mainly in the morning and a little throughout the day.The pain persists for 1-2 months and again comes after a few months for 1-2 months.This is happening for last 1-2 year.

She has been a falaria since years but it never got worse, since a few days she is suffering from severe pain and inflammation, last year she was diagnosed with low vitamin d, around the same time of the year. Pain in left heel
I have a sharp pain in my left heel...which is more when I stand up after some rest . It is more severe in the morning immediately after waking up...How to deal with that... Standing for long time also worsen it...pain killer helps but for a short time period.
