My baby is 11.5 months old, weighs ~8.6 kg. Fever around 38°C, which comes down after paracetamol but returns after its effect wears off. Baby has a runny nose and initially had 3–4 loose stools, but stools are now normal.
Since yesterday, the baby's cry has become hoarse and there is mild “kharr-kharr” noisy breathing even during sleep.
Baby is feeding and urinating normally. Please advise whether this is likely a viral infection, laryngitis/croup, or something else, and what treatment is needed. Is Solvin Cold safe at this age?

My son is over 2 years old, but he still hasn’t stopped drinking formula milk. What should I do?
I try to give him normal milk but he didn't like the taste.
My child is 3 years and 1 month old. When he is sleeping, his breathing rate is usually between 18 and 20 breaths per minute every time I did check up , and his breathing appears normal and comfortable during sleep.
After he wakes up, when he is awake and calm, I checked his breathing rate and it is usually between 25 and 29 breaths per minute, again all time I did check up
Is this breathing rate normal for a healthy 3-year-old child? Why slow during sleeping .. should he need any evaluation
