Pelvic pain

I had induced vaginal delivery (Foleys, ARM, IV Synto) 48 days back. Since then, whenever I try to turn over in bed, pain has been noted in the pelvic girdle, I feel like if I turn fast, my bone might break. Then, whenever I squat, a stabbing pain near genitals noted and once I stand, it goes away.
