Hello doctors, I am a 20 year old female, having T1D for 12 years and on insulin. I also have thyroid and I'm on depression medicines. I am having pain in the cheeks while biting, when I join the teeth, the skin of my cheeks bite. It pains and sometimes bleeds too only when I touch it. If the wisdom tooth is erupting. My baby was born on 16 May 2025. I have noticed multiple black/dark spots on both the upper and lower front teeth and am concerned whether these are cavities, stains, or an enamel problem.
