I'm 24 female and just today found out with Lipid Serum test that I have Total Cholesterol 206.10 , LDL Cholesterol 138.54 and Non LDL 157.9 , HDL 48.2
and HDL / LDL Cholesterol Ratio is 0.35
Is it concerning ,or am I at risk of heart disease especially for this age?
Also from past 2-3 days I'm getting stabbing pain in my lower right abdomen...not at extreme right though. At happens in certain durations and suddenly I get extreme pain.
What are these symptoms?
Both are same or different? I got met xl from pharmacy inplace of carvimet because he doesn't have it and he said the salt is same but I doubt it should I take met xl other in place of carvimet?
Since 2021, I am having pain in left chest(radiates near arm pit) and left hand. I got few tests done:
CT Angio (sept 2021) - calcium zero
TMT(2021 and dec 2023)- mild positive both occasions
ECG and ECHO - always comes normal
This pain is not going away since then.
Please suggest if I should go ahead for any other tests.
I have been struggling with this for long time and is under huge stress. Please help.

I have this issue but not frequently, once a month may be. My heart/chest pains when I breath and thereafter I would require to sit still and hold my breadth and only then it does not pain.
Any idea if I need to be concerned about? Or it could be a muscle issue?

I had gone to a doctor for hurt in leg..he checked my bp , it was 160 by 80. I had eaten 20 mins prior the check . He had checked in digital
I came home , took shower bath and checked my bp again thru digital ..took 4 readings
1) 170 by 80
2) 158 by 80
3) 142 by 80
4) 130 by 80
I am 44 just turned man , never had bp issues , never took medication, my last sugar reading in November was 80 fasting sugar and hb1ac at 4.8 .
What exactly is my bp reading? It came down after I came home and took bath
My sleep for last week has been effected but no other symptoms
Pls advise.
