Age 40 years, female. For the last 2 months, I have been experiencing sudden electric shock-like sensations from the lower back down to both legs. It happens occasionally and is associated with severe pain. I also feel tingling and numbness in the legs, and both legs often feel heavy. I do not have any known drug allergy.

Headache started before my boards I thought it was because of stress but it became constant,I have constant headache for more than a year which shifts sides depending on which side i sleep on.it sometimes gets worse when it comes to my left side,I have no other symptoms other than my headache.it mostly feels like some weight is put on me and sometimes like a nail is pierced in my head.
Doctor, I am experiencing a daily sleep disturbance. Every morning between 3:00 and 4:00 AM, I wake up with a distinct feeling of heaviness and numbness localized to the back of my head.
