Underarm Pimple

Hello Doctor, I have developed a painful pimple in my underarm area. It feels quite uncomfortable, especially when I move my arm or when there is friction against the skin. The area is tender and slightly swollen, and it has been bothering me for a while now. I would like to know what this could be and whether it is something serious or just a minor skin issue. Could you please recommend any medication, ointment, or treatment that can help reduce the pain and make it heal faster? Also, are there any precautions or home remedies I should follow to avoid worsening the condition? I would appreciate your guidance on how to get it back to normal as soon as possible. Thank you.

Vaginal boil bump

I noticed a slight boil bump in my pubic area. I popped it and a dead hair follicle along with a yellow pus came followed by some blood. Now the boil got swollen up... is it serious? What should be done?

Itching under the foot
