Penis erect girth-3.7inch is sufficient?
Is the penis erect length of 5.3inch and erect girth of 3.7inch is fine and ok for good sexual pleasure of life partner? Actually its looks like slim means thin in girth, so not sure whether it is fine or not he have been lean around (35kg-50kg) from teen age, and have been suffering from anxiety and depression from last some years. Now he is better but now concern is penis girth seems thin. Can you help please? does girth plays a role in sexual pleasure is it sufficient and person should be confident or he should go for some medical consultation further.
Lack of interest in having sex
I am married but I rarely feel like having sex and that impacts my partner and married life adversely. Also I do feel fatigued most of the time inspite of decent B12 and D3 levels. I doubt having low testosterone.
Regarding erectile dysfunction
Hello Doctor, I am 30, married, and have been experiencing erectile dysfunction. I can usually get an erection during foreplay, but after some time it becomes weaker. Sometimes I get a decent erection and suddenly lose it when we are about to have intercourse, making penetration difficult. My erection quality varies. I have a history of frequent masturbation for many years and previously frequent pornography use, and I want to know whether this could be contributing. I am also concerned about pelvic-floor issues, hormones or blood flow. My wife and I are trying to conceive. My semen analysis showed good count and motility, with morphology 3%. I have previously taken Procibel-M and was given Megalis-10 (tadalafil 10 mg). Please evaluate the cause of my ED and advise whether I need blood/hormone tests, whether tadalafil is appropriate while trying to conceive, and whether I should continue Kegel exercises. I want a proper diagnosis and treatment plan
