Having chest pain . Did ct angiogram 2month back calcium score is zero no abnormalities found. LFT shows sgpt and sgot 93& 53. Gallbladder removed in 2022. Did angiogram in 2023 having mid mild diseases lad with myocardial bridge.. the occurrence of chest feels every time. BP 135/92

Hello, today while I was doing my early morning walk, after 15 mins my heart rate went upto 170 , it worried me I felt panicky and sat down for a min and went back home. It started to lower as I reached home and sat down. Note that I am not a very fit person I started going to walk after 3 months of break. What can be the diagnosis of this ??
