New moles and skin concern

I consulted a dermatologist here in July 2024 for facial pigmentation. The doctor prescribed a cream and Ethiglo Glutathione tablets for 2 months (60 days). However, I only took the tablets for about 40 days and then stopped. I attached one mole pic Since last year, I have started noticing several new moles appearing on different parts of my body over a year. They are small but increasing in number, which is concerning for me. I wanted to know if this could be related to the glutathione tablets I took earlier. Also, recently I noticed a splinter hemorrhage (a thin dark line under my fingernail). It has disappeared now, but on ring finger on top I have slightly dark area that's rarely visible ,I attached the photo .but it made me worried. I have health anxiety and stress, so I wanted to ask if these symptoms could be related to the tablets.

Anal and groin area itching

Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing itching for quite a long time in the groin area (inner thighs near the penis) and around the anal region. The itching becomes especially intense when I go to bed, whether during the day or at night. I have already taken antifungal medication (AF-150) and used clotrimazole (Candid cream), and Luliconazole but there has been no improvement. There are no clear red rashes or ring-like marks, but the skin has become irritated and slightly darker due to scratching. Could you please guide me on what this condition might be and what treatment I should follow?
