Chest pain in the middle left and jaw

I am having chest pain in the middle, left and sometimes jaw. I have done echo, tmt which are normal. My sugars and lipids are in control. I have tachycardia and shirt superficial bridging in distant lad. I am using medicine for sugars and tachycardia. I have met many cardiologists and they said I have no cardiac issues. My vitamin d and b12 are normal. I have antral gastricitis. I am always worried and anxious about my chest pain that I have a cardiac issue. Will I get any heart attack because of this? It's been a month since I have done tmt and echo. 7 months for ct angiography. When do I need to repeat angio and will my chest pain leads to any heart attack. Is my problem cardiac related

Blood pressure related

Im 23 year old male. Height 5.7. nd weight 85 kg.. my blood pressure is 125/93 ,is it normal or should i start any treatment

Pounding and fast heartbeat

1 year ago I had a panic attack and my heart beat was very fast. My trop t level was 3 that day. Since that day I'm having palpitations problems. I have done echo test 2 times, 1 TMT test and a 24 hrs holter monitoring from govt hospital and private clinic. All of these tests are normal and I've taken anxiety medicine for one month. Its better than before because now I know how I can control when palpitations starts. But when I start excercise then my heartbeats are so strong, I feel like something punching in my chest inside and due that I get scared and couldn't continue. Just want to know if there is any problem and still I should check it with any test. Palpitations occurs only when there is gas issue or exercising. Rest heatbeat is 50-80.
