20 week anomaly scan

Hi I'm into 19 weeks 5 days pregnancy. Anomaly scan shows " Mild hydronephrosis and intracardiac echogenic focus" and risk estimate is 1:2126 Is it normal? Have done NT SCAN and double marker earlier reports are normal ..risk is trisomy 21 -1:62601 Trisomy 18 -1:164492 Suggested to do NIPT

4 week 3days of pregnancy light bleeding

Dear Respected  gynecologist my wife is 4 weeks 3 days pregnant yesterday we have visited the doctor but she was on leave just ultrasound happened they said after next 14 days, she has to go through ultrasound for checking cardiac activity although since last one month she was on medication [Dydrogesterone 1 tab in night] from tomorrow Dydrogesterone along with vitamins, folic acid... after come back to home she finds spot of blood and today also some spot of blood but its not continues today called hospital they have said if bleeding is severe give her [Trenaxa 500mg Tablet].should i give her or wait to stop by own .please please help us in this she is crying since yesterday.

I am having less period flow and only for 2-3 days my day 2 blood values for fsh is 5.6 and lh is 5.9 . i am worried if i am in perimenopause apart from flow my cycle is 5 days before and no other issues are the above values suggest
