Doubt on medicine

Hi, I have taken Dedep Plus for 4 days for anxiety, but the side effects are very bad: Eyes: My eyelids feel very tight and heavy. It is very hard to open my eyes when I wake up. Light: I cannot look at mobile screens, TV, or tube lights. Even sunlight hurts my eyes. Sleep: I am having very scary, intense dreams and I feel 'stuck' in my sleep. Daytime: I feel very tired, weak, and it is hard to read books. Anxiety: My tension has actually increased since starting this. Should I stop this medicine or change to a lower dose immediately?

Severe Anxiety and Difficulty Focusing

I've been under medication for 4 months now and have seen no improvement whatsoever. I've used - Clonazepam and Escistopram 10 mg + Modafinil 100 mg (for 2 months) - Zoldipam 5mg  + Serta 50 mg (for 2 months) Lack of focus and chronic anxiety still persists and my situation is very much the same as before .

How to manage sexual fantasy

I need advice as to how can I manage my cuckold fantasy. despite my efforts I am not able to get rid of this. kindly advise.

Chest pain

I’ve been having episodes for quite some time where I feel chest discomfort, often starting after acidity or gas, with a lot of burping. Once this happens, my anxiety suddenly increases and my heart rate goes up and feels like it doesn’t settle easily. During these episodes my neck and body feel very stiff, and even deep breathing doesn’t calm things down much. I’ve had ECGs done several times and they’ve always been normal, but in the moment it still feels frightening and I worry that something might be wrong with my heart. I’ve discussed this with doctors many times and was told it could be anxiety-related, and advised to take anxiety medication or see a psychologist. I want to understand what treatment or medicines could actually help, because these episodes keep recurring and are affecting my daily life.

Taking bath everytime I poop is necesary

I want to know is it really necessary to take bath everytime I poop or is it just my OCD? Actually, I have a habit of taking bath whenever I go to poop. I feel gross siting on the commode while pooping due to which I immediately take bath. That's why I wanted to clear my doubt, if it's really important to take bath everytime I poop or is it simply my OCD?
