Resperidone side effect
The doctor added Risperidone 0.5 with nexito 30 mg. After taking it, my speech became slurred. When I spoke to the doctor, he said it was a side effect and stopped the resperidone. How long will it take for my speech to return to normal? It's been 7 days since I stopped taking it. Sometimes it gets better and sometimes it becomes slurred. It will cure.

Yes, it can improve after stopping risperidone, especially if it was due to a medication-related effect. However, persistent/intermittent slurred speech for 7 days should be reassessed by the treating doctor.
