I'm 84kgs, 167cm. I have pcos ever since I was 12 years old. I tried dieting and exercising like going gym for more than a year and whatever I would lose through strict diet I would gain back in months despite my gym. I have been doing this for 5 years now and when I lose little weight I gain back despite being in calorie deficit. I got my blood work down and my insulin is 31 which is on higher side, also my liver enzyme GGTP is 54 on higher side and TSH is 5.2 and triglyceride is 186. I want to lose weight even if I need medicine for that and continue physical exercise along with it to lose weight so will I be allowed or will doctors allow me to take GLP-1 meds like ozempic for weight loss and treating my health?

I have type 2 diabetes diagnosed 6 month back, I am on metformin 500mg in morning, fasting sugar is under 160 and pp sugar is under 180. But I feel low energy and fatigue also when I lay down I feel tingling and numbness in hands and legs my doctor suggested for cbc test and vit b12 and vit d. Got tested and reports are all normal except some cbc values slightly elevated. My doctor told nothing to worry but still I am having fatigue and numbness in hands and legs when I sleep. So I am attaching my cbc and vitamin report . Want some second opinion from the community. Please help
