M a pcos over weight patient, I follow diet n my sugar stays under 90 but since 2 days m having brain fog wid blur vision n depression, neck pain, on n off headache n chest pain, n since few days m having loss of appetite as well, no doctor in my city understands my problem n no medicine suits me completely, I m taking medicine prescribed by my doctor consulted online but he left d country n not reachable, m looking for kin of a doctor who can understand root cause of my issues n can treat me wid dedication, if anyone out der plz reply thanx for reading gbu 🙏

My question is - Is this a sign of early insulin resistance? I have BMI of 20. How can I reverse if it is early insulin resistance? My parents and grandparents are diagnosed with T2DM
Type 2 diebetic Have been taking metformin from past 6 months and past 1 month been on linaglyptin 2.5mg but I am suffering from extreme dry nose and sinus, it feels completely dry no mucus in the nose area. I also have allergic rhinitis and when this happens then only I have watery discharge from nose but other then that no mucus or wetness inside nose area it feels completely dry and due to thats why right nostril is blocked and it feels very bad at night.suggest me should I discontinue metformin because I have feeling this after the medication.
My psychiatrist currently has me taking clonidine for sleep. Another doctor recently prescribed clomiphene, but I forgot to mention that I am already taking clonidine.
Should I contact the doctor and inform them about the clonidine before taking the first dose of clomiphene, or is this combination generally considered okay?
I’m mainly concerned about whether there could be any interaction or blood-pressure-related issue between the two medicines.
