My bp is elevated to 149 im overweight and obese will it be controlled with exercise and diet did i got stage 1 hypertension and i should start using medicine? And i should live with it?

Monitor your blood pressure at home for 15 days on every alternate day twice daily 8AM and 8 PM. Take avery of all 14 readings if average BP>140/90 mmHG then anti-diabetic medicine should be started

Hiii Blood pressure or bp is also known as silent killer as it doesn't show any signs or symptoms in majority of patients But it may cause stroke(paralysis),heart attack n breathless
