My wife had fibroid laproscopy in 2022. Now again USG donw due to pain during monthly periods . USG findings retroflexed uterus normal in size.lobulated hyperechoic mass of 7.6 cm×4.7 cm along right lateral wall endometrial thicknessl 6mm. is it fibroid / myoma?? can it be treated with oral medicene without surgery. patient has BP/ sugar with HB 7.6 recently measured. pls help...!!! reports attached
Hi, My lmp was 13th june 2026. My cycle length is 28 days. When I tested yesterday on 13th july 2026 there was a very faint line. But today when I tested in the morning it was negative. I have a pretty regular cycle.
I had a condom breakage insemination in april during my luteal phase and got my periods after 2 days , been getting it since then regular , normal . First month was a lil light but then normal and am traumatised by the ectopic pregnancy situation . Lmp 9 june Intercourse done on 19 june . Condom torn . Ipill taken within 24 hrs . Irregular spotting occurs on 6 july and 7 July . Upt done on 11 july which is negative what is the chances of pregnancy
Is Vomikind safe in 2nd trimester as vomiting is being stopped with Doxylamine succinate tablet . And second question is why constipation is not going away despite using lactulose solution. Kindly advice
