I have been suffering from ibs for about 15 years.I cannot eat a lots of things black pepper,chili,garam masala,full cream milk..I get pain in my colon or rectum.. Sigmoidoscopy done .. report is normal.
I take buttermilk.Shoulf I remove the foam from the top ?
What else can be taken ,as I have migraine..

I was having stomach infection and worms 10 months ago I had taken bandy plus tablets for 7 days After that I had recurrent pneumonia so I was on antibiotics again but my stomach issues started again doctor suggested it's may antibiotics side effects so I am taking probiotics from 15 days but my stomach issues and loss of energy and anxiety is not going still, I am still having stomach issues,
diarrhea and anxiety what to I do now, I am worried
For more than 1 year I have been suffering from back and left leg pain and numbness in my leg, I went to a spine surgeon and took an MRI and came to know that I have mild to moderate disc bulge along with nerve compression and prescribed a pain killer, muscle relaxant and supplements for a month. He asked me not to do any exercise and only do bed rest.Earlier the pain was more like intense tiredness like pain now the pain which I am having for the last 2 days is like shooting pain going from my buttock to my calf , I don't know if my symptoms are improving or not, I am still getting pain and numbness, i don't know if I can start the panchkarma or exercise? Please guide me if I can do some simple back exercises? Is it totally curable in ayurveda?
I have burning sensation in buts and is also itchy... Sometimes get blood also in stool. Although I don't have constipation problem.

I am.also on jain diet in which root vegetables.like.onion, garlic, beetroot, etc are avoided
Pls can you suggest how can haemoglobin be improved naturally without increasing body heat
Have to avoid aliv seeds, moringa leaves , sesame.seeds as these increase body heat
Pls can you suggest what can I have instead
I take soaked black raisins in the morning everyday
