Prone masturbation and Mental health
Hi I started doing prone masturbation at age 14 and now I am 20 and have been doing it for almost 6 years. During first 4 years I didn't watch much porn. Recently I have been watching porn a lot ( even though I don't want to). From past 10 months i have been experiencing low libido, decrease in spontaneous erection and erection hardness and no morning wood for 10 months. Recently from 4 -5 months i have switched to normal masturbation but frequency is same 7 times a week . And due to excess watching for porn i have started to get weird thoughts even though I don't want them because of porn and it's contents. Now I think I am starting to look women like only for sexual purpose ( I know it's bad and i don't want to). Due to this thinking I get anxiety and don't speak to anyone and don't get enough sleep.
