When she preferred intimacy once a month instead of our usual 3 to 4 times, I compromised out of love and spent four years suppressing my desires. This intense suppression severely damaged my mental health, causing chronic insomnia, anxiety, and distress that required psychiatric treatment and medications (including Nexito, Ventab DXT, Cloba-MT, Stalopam, and Rejunex). Losing this vital connection has left me feeling hopeless, and I need help to rebuild my life.

Is the penis erect length of 5.3inch and erect girth of 3.7inch is fine and ok for good sexual pleasure of life partner? Hello Doctor, I am 30, married, and have been experiencing erectile dysfunction. I can usually get an erection during foreplay, but after some time it becomes weaker. Sometimes I get a decent erection and suddenly lose it when we are about to have intercourse, making penetration difficult. My erection quality varies.
