Health Q&A
Lower testosterone levels

I was suffering from low libido, very fewer morning erections and weaker erections. So I got few blood tests done! total testosterone test= 284 ng/dl I also got my prolactin hormone test done! And it was 10.48 ng/ml What should be my next approach as I'm just 26 yrs old! How can I improve my situation! I don't want to engage in TRT! Also is it possible to increase my Testosterone levels to 500 ng/dl?

B12 folate deficiency ( low libido)

Hi My serum value B12 226 pg/ml, past 1 year ago had 162 pg/ ml so doctor prescribed 3 re-nerve plus injection. My current MMA - 481, active b12- 32, Homocysteine >50, folate - 1.19, ferritin serum 32.3. I have been facing floating sensation for past 2 years reduction in libido, pins and needles pain in palms and feet and some time severe pins and needle pain in penis after ejaculation Already visited many doctors don't know which doctor to visit. My symptoms are not getting improved come and goes not able to judge what is happening Kindly suggest first course of treatment should it be b12 injection or some other treatment like oral supplements and also which doctor I have to visit?

Sexual Problem

I have issues with consistent keeping the penis erect, it will erect for a few periods during intimacy but when going for intercourse. It will be soft and wont be able to penetrate. I have micropenis condition and have not had intercourse. This is causing problems with my current relationship. Is it curable? Or permanent? I am type2 diabetic under remission not taking any diabtic meds but taking eritel 40 for bp.

STD/STI Screening follow up

So in my previous post, I had described how I have had a sexual intercourse with a sex worker. I wore the condom right from the beginning to the very end, it didn't break or slip and remained intact. Since I didn't like the whole experience from the very beginning, I already started losing the erection when I was doing the vaginal intercourse. But since it was my first time, I visited a doctor for my peace of mind and he asked me for an STD/STI screening that involved some basic STI screening tests including HIV-1 RNA PCR right within 2-3 days of my sexual encounter. It came negative and my doctor said that there's nothing to worry about and everything is fine. However, if I want I could go through one more follow right after 6 weeks. Should I rely on these tests considering that it was done within 2-3 days only? My anxiety has gone down now but still I'm worried now and then. Please help.
