Fat Loss is a Myth for me Now🥺

Hello Doctor, I am a 25-year-old male with a height of 163 cm and current weight of 95 kg. Around September 2025, I weighed 92 kg, but despite consistent gym training (primarily strength training), my weight has increased slightly. My estimated body fat is around 32–34%. I have developed good strength (I can squat ~160 kg), and I believe I have gained muscle, but it is not visible due to higher body fat. My main challenge is controlling hunger and maintaining a calorie deficit, even though I train regularly and consume around 100 grams of protein daily. I wanted to ask whether a medication like Semaglutide would be appropriate in my case to help control appetite and support fat loss. Could you please guide me on: 1. Whether I am a suitable candidate for this medication 2. Potential risks or side effects considering my profile 3. Whether lifestyle changes alone would be preferable before starting medication 4. Any tests or evaluations required before considering this option Thank
