After receiving 5 b12 injections last year,I suffered from severe side effects like headaches,constipation,knee pain etc. in which total inability to sleep at night(couldn't sleep at all or could only sleep for 1-2 hrs sometimes)and passing large volumes of urine at night were the most severe ones.After 7 months,all of the side effects went away and I was also able to sleep at night but the above mentioned urine issue kept on happening on every 3rd or 4th night despite stopping all types of fluids after 6 P.M,which fully disturbed my sleep.I took chandraprabha vati but it caused me urinary retention.I have already been taking melatonin 3mg and it helped me at first but now,it is not working anymore.Now,I can't sleep at night at all,pass large urine volumes at night and have also completely lost my strong memory(I used to remember all the names,faces,dates,meanings from years ago etc.).Please help me.Thank you.
Hi, I am 32 years old and 62kgs with 5.6 height. But I look so old than my age. I have 2 kids, I had an IT job, not now. I was really too stressed in my life. Now I am a bit ok. But I am struggling to sleep and taking tablets for sleep. Even smaller kids are saying I look older than anybody in the house. My face and body look so loose and old. An ayurvedic Treatment given for Transsphincteric fistula of 4cm length and 5.8mm in width. Treatment is being done at very fast rate that is- preliminary softening on day1 and day2, thread inserted on day 3 and tightened on day 5 again finally tightened on day 7. Final Treatment on day 12. Is this OK to be this fast or normal slow proceedure is good.
