Hello doctors is there any problem in my throat I don't have any problems are following I don't have fever either is there any problem or any unusual growing
Dear Doctor, I am a 27-year-old male experiencing recurrent episodes of dizziness and imbalance. I do not feel that the room is spinning. Instead, I feel as if there is movement inside my head, which makes me feel dizzy and off-balance. I often feel like I may lose my balance or fall, especially while standing, walking, or travelling on a bike or in an e-rickshaw. My recent health check-up showed: • Vitamin D: 13.7 ng/mL (Deficient) • Vitamin B12: 167 pg/mL (Low) • Platelet Count: 117 × 10³/µL (Low) • HDL: 23.7 mg/dL (Low) • LDL: 131.4 mg/dL (Borderline High) My blood sugar (Fasting Glucose & HbA1c), thyroid profile, kidney function, iron studies, ESR, and urine tests were normal. Could my symptoms be related to an inner ear (vestibular) disorder or another balance-related condition? Please advise if I need an ENT examination, hearing assessment, vestibular function tests, or any other investigations. Thank you.

I’ve had mild throat discomfort since around June 4. The pain is about 2/10, occurs randomly around 7–8 times a day, lasts only 1–3 seconds, and is not consistent. After visiting a general physician and taking the prescribed medication, the stinging pain resolved. However, I now occasionally experience random episodes of dry throat. I’m also currently getting a wisdom tooth on the same side. I’ve attached a photo of my throat for reference (my tonsils have been visibly enlarged since childhood). I’m also very anxious because I gave oral sex to my boyfriend in 2023 and 2024. Last year, he developed an HPV wart on his palm, which was diagnosed by a doctor. He has never had any genital warts. I’m worried whether my current throat symptoms could be related to HPV and would like to know if any evaluation or tests are necessary.
Almost everyone snores occasionally, and on its own snoring is usually harmless. But loud, regular snoring can sometimes be a sign of a more serious condition called obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), where breathing repeatedly stops and starts during sleep. Knowing the difference matters, because ...
Tonsillitis is inflammation of the tonsils, the two soft pads of tissue at the back of the throat. They are part of the immune system and help fight infection, especially in early childhood. Tonsillitis is very common in children but can affect adults too, and most cases settle on their own ...
Ear wax, known medically as cerumen, is not dirt. It is a natural, protective substance that traps dust, keeps the ear canal moisturised, and helps guard against infection. In most people the ear is self-cleaning, and wax gradually works its way out on its own. Problems usually arise only when ...
