I was having stomach infection and worms 10 months ago I had taken bandy plus tablets for 7 days After that I had recurrent pneumonia so I was on antibiotics again but my stomach issues started again doctor suggested it's may antibiotics side effects so I am taking probiotics from 15 days but my stomach issues and loss of energy and anxiety is not going still, I am still having stomach issues,
diarrhea and anxiety what to I do now, I am worried
I have burning sensation in buts and is also itchy... Sometimes get blood also in stool. Although I don't have constipation problem.

Have to avoid aliv seeds, moringa leaves , sesame.seeds as these increase body heat

I am a 34-year-old female suffering from chronic constipation with incomplete bowel emptying, bloating, and gas for the past 8 years since pregnancy. My recent blood tests showed HbA1c 5.8%, TSH 5.7 with normal T3 and T4, and low iron levels. Liver, kidney, cholesterol, and blood counts are normal. I cannot tolerate high-protein diets as they worsen my bloating and gas.
Could my long-standing constipation be contributing to my difficulty losing weight? I would like to lose around 8 kg and would appreciate guidance on managing chronic constipation and achieving healthy weight loss.
