I have a painless bump in my mouth on the cheek from inside from 7 to 8 days and it is causing stretching from out side I feel like something is stretching my jaw.

Hello doctor my husband is 34 years old, he is having dry cough since almost one year, whenever he takes antibiotics the cough will be gone but again after some days he is getting dry cough. He don't have any other symptoms other than dry cough. His throat swab test is also negative, hemoglobin is 16.8. erythrocyte sedimentation rate is 17. We showed to many doctors but everyone said it's bacterial infection and gave antibiotics. But still he is getting dry cough. Please help me 🙏
