Taking Thyronorm 88 mcg for hypothyroid since 6 months. Current TSH 4.71 Today did ultrasound of neck due to obstruction sensation in throat and tempting cough. The observation is 6mm cystic nodule in right lobe and 1.8mm in left lobe. Both lobes enlarged with coarse echotexture. Suggestive of Thyroiditis. Is this age related or need follow up.

For the past month, he has been experiencing rashes on his tongue. He has now started applying Candid Mouth gel. The rashes on the front part of his tongue have disappeared since he started using it. However, when he touches the inner part of his tongue with his finger, he can still feel a small- to medium-sized bump. He cannot reach that area properly with his finger, so he is unable to apply the gel there, which is why that part has not recovered yet. Is there anything serious to worry about? He has never experienced any pain or other significant problems. He only feels a little discomfort (a slight uneasy sensation).
I had a stye in eyes few days back then i noticed theres a area under jaw which was painful same side i had stye and I could feel a lymph node it was tender to touch. i hv neck pain now and some inflamation and swelling in back of neck which is gettibg better with help of roll on. now i also noticed another pea sized lymph node between ear and jaw area it feels tender there also?
