Chronic Throat Dryness
I have been experiencing a throat problem for the past few years. After speaking continuously for 15–30 minutes, my throat becomes dry, heavy, and eventually chokes up, making it difficult to continue speaking. This significantly affects my work, as I regularly conduct meetings and presentations. I consulted two ENT specialists, underwent endoscopic examinations, and tried allergy treatment, inhaled medication, Ayurvedic treatment, and Panchakarma. Despite spending nearly ₹1 lakh, I have not found a lasting solution. I am looking for a specialist with experience in diagnosing and treating similar voice or throat disorders related to prolonged speaking, as previous evaluations have not identified the underlying cause.
Mouth ulcer and cough
I have been facing mouth ulcer issues for a long time. I have visited multiple doctors before, and every doctor suggested I might have some B12 deficiency or other deficiencies. I have taken pills multiple times and done some blood tests, but the ulcers haven't healed completely. They occur every month or two, and sometimes even within two weeks.
