When I go to a specific place (Village) cold always catches me every time. Except one place wherever I go other places There is no cold catching me. Why did this problem occur at one place only.

I m 31 yrs old 87 kg female I had fever first 5 days due to tonsillitis and i took ofloxacin 200 mg for 2 days cefixime 200 mg for 2 days and cefuroxime 250 mg for 2 days fever after doctors advice infection is much in control i did fever pannel which came normal blood present in urine since i am on my periods but otherwise only issue is sgot level is 42.9 can you suggest if its due to fever and medication or a jaundice
