Every day Sleep disturbance

Doctor, I am experiencing a daily sleep disturbance. Every morning between 3:00 and 4:00 AM, I wake up with a distinct feeling of heaviness and numbness localized to the back of my head. The sensation is quite disruptive and prevents me from getting a full night's rest. I have noticed a specific pattern: when I wake up and transition from lying down to a seated position, the heaviness and numbness start relieving slowly and after around 1 hr I start feeling better. But if I sleep try to sleep just after getting up that head heaviness remains there.

Numbness in finger

I’ve been experiencing numbness in a specific area of my index finger for a little over 24 hours. The numbness is localized to the lower part of the finger (closer to the base/palm side), rather than the entire finger. There hasn’t been any obvious injury, swelling, or discoloration. I don’t have pain, but the sensation hasn’t improved since it started. It's not fully numb.. there is some sensation but it's not completely normal. Does anyone know what could be the reason? Is this something serious? I'd be grateful for any insights on the matter. Thank You.
