I have been having pain on the right side of my jaw on my jaw muscles under my ear. It feels like my skin is pushing inside please help me out. Thanks.

Bad Posture

I have kyphosis and lordosis as well which has also resulted in a forward head posture, this puts me to great discomfort especially when I'm sitting and time to time, I need to lie down but when I'm outside, I can't lie down, would surgery be a bad idea at my age? Also, what exercises can I do?

Suffering from knee pain
