Loosing hope with the pain

I have pain in whole back majorly right hip ,both legs majorly right leg .I don't know what to do .it eases when I lie down and sit on soft surfaces but walking feels difficult and body feels so tight .I have more of a momentary pain then when I am stable.i have attached the mri .

Bilateral knee and elbows weird sensatio

24M, 181 cm, 78.6 kg For 2–3 years, I’ve had a mild internal warm/burning or weird sensation in both knees,  sometimes in both elbows. Very rarely, my finger joints also feel slightly stiff, mostly after riding a bike. No significant pain, swelling, redness, or prolonged morning stiffness. 2026 tests: ANA, RF, Anti-CCP and HLA-B27 negative; B12 390; Vitamin D 33, CRP- normal(0.9) 2023 ANA: Positive, titre 1:100, fine-speckled pattern, intensity 2+. Could this be nerve/muscle-related rather than arthritis?

Wrist pain

May 12 yera old son is telling wrist pain. Not regularly but once in two to three hours and it disappear in 10 to 15 sec. He is having a little pain while moving wrist up and down

Chest pain after a small ccident

My husband have chest pain because of scooter handle in a small accident.three days ago.now he is taking painkiller and the pain is around 60-70 percent gone. But he has pain in standing from bed or while laying on bed or changing the position while on bed and in laughing loud.he is taking proper meal  and has no swelling anywhere. but feeling weakness what should we do.is there any chance of broken bone? .also he is taking cool ice pad sikai.what more can we do for recovery
