Please guide me on a daily routine and suitable ingredients (like Vitamin C, Niacinamide, or Alpha Arbutin) for skin brightening and refining pores.
I'm experiencing hair thinning, i think it's stage 3 or might be 4, I haven't used minoxidil till date...i have tried every oils like mama earth onion oil, bare anatomy hair serum, rosemary hair spray, rosemary essential oil, pumpkin seeds, healthy diet snd protein rich diet also no fair effects seen....so should i use Minioxidil? Will it be effective? I'm living abroad so what brand should i take here or is there any other treatment other than using Minioxidil?

Doctor, I have a very small lump in the middle of my lower back, just above my hips. I’ve had it for around 4–5 years. It doesn’t hurt and I haven’t noticed any significant increase in size. I first noticed it after I had a boil/infection in that area4-5 yrs back.It feels harder when I bend forward and softer when I sit.ive attached it's picture
