I am having itching and infection in leg and finger area . I have been having this for a long time in the legs but it started recently in the fingers. There is a lot of uncomfortable itching in the area but the itching suddenly stops and then returns again. I also have allergy issues and I consume Fexofenadine tablets for it. I have attached pictures of the area so please check and tell me what it is, what it is caused by and how to get rid of it

I am a 17-year-old male experiencing persistent itching and redness in my groin/genital area. This has been going on for approximately [6-7months]. I have not applied any creams, lotions, or medications to the affected area yet. The skin in that area appears [irritating iching and burning ]. This discomfort is affecting my daily routine. I have a wounds which is pains a lot when I put bitadin over it. It starts with small bump and itching. With time it devlop to wonds anf becomes bigger. This time it very painfull. I had earler four five times. I use to put bitadin. This time it is taking time to heal and pains alot.

I have still not seen a single person mention the medication of isoisotretinoin/Accutane i desperately need this medication as it will clear my worst acne and it will not leave marks all over my body I can't even sit and sleep properly for past 3 years and I have had mental breakdowns due to this and i have tried countless serums and creams if any doctor can help please reply.
