It shrinks little when I use steroid ointment, but comes back after in its original shape. My doctor suggested using steroid eye drops for another month. Should I wait, or will I need surgery again? If surgery is needed, will it require autografting like the first pterygium surgery?

I have floaters (vietroretinal degeneration) since 2019, it increased last year doctor and retina specialist mentioned it lattice degeneration, after 2 3 months he mentioned barrage laser as isn't needed as of now we will monitor.
