Hello mam I am sexually inactive from 8 to 9 yrs before 8 yr I had unprotected intercourse but after 8 yr I had tested for peace of my mind pap smear it comes negative.. suppose I will never do intercourse for life time then also I need pap smear every 3 yrs or not plzz help bcoz it feel frustrated after many years...my age is 29 and I don't have any unusual symptoms... Condom issue
Me and my gf had sex yesterday night and while wearing the condom i wore it from wrong side and then immediately flipped it and wore it correctly and had sex is there chance of pregnancy and what should we do? I am in my 5th month of pregnancy and cannot consume milk or dairy products due to lactose intolerance. My doctor has prescribed only 250 mg calcium per day. Is this dosage sufficient during pregnancy, considering I don't consume dairy? What is the generally recommended daily calcium supplementation?
