Right side leg knee pain

I'm suffering from knee pain since 1week I'm undergoing physiotherapy for 1 week but no use. I won't able to stand also

I am suffering from knee pain from past three days. I am getting this pain when I raid bike for more time or when I sit with the support of my knees. Please suggest me how to get rid of this pain.

Pain in left forearm

Pain behind neck portion.

Hi, I am suffering from pain behind my neck portion. Sometimes its mild and sometimes bit heavier. It's been a week. I didn't take any painkiller. It happend first time in my life. I also do workout but it started after 2 days od my leave from workout. Kindly suggest some ointment or painkillers. I have tried volini but wasn't so effective. I have even stopped using pillow while sleeping. Thanks.
