Severe pain in L-shoulder

Iam a diabetes and thyroid patient past frm 15days i have a severe pain in my left hand and shoulder..and when i go for a walk there is a problem in my breath ...I also consulted a cardiologist and took an ECG and got d reports normal..i wanted to know whether i hav to consult anothr doctor or consult a physiotherapist

Pain in both soles.

I have been experiencing severe pain in my foot soles since a couple of months esp. at late night and bed time . I tried hot water , voilini treatment at home but no relief so far. Rest i am a healthy individual with no history of any pathological or any other issues. I would appreciate anyone of you for guiding me in the right direction as to how to proceed about this problem from here on
