Suffering from knee pain

I have started working out at gym from past one month. From a week, I am having knee pain which I could feel only when I raid bike or while sleeping or when I sit on my knees. Wanted to know how can I reduce my pain?

Stomach cramps

There is pain and cramps after coitus, primary in the abdominal region. This is happening for the 2nd time.

Groin Injury

I have been exercising regularly.However whenever I play football I get a groin pull each time.Should I visit and consult a physio or try home exercise.

Cubitus vulgus

I have my medical scheduled after 20 days are there any exercises to counter carrying angle. I have bilateral cubitus vulgus. So recommend exercises.
