Cardio and Asthma

She is having Asthma problem suddenly her body got swollen when shown to the doctor he said there is some problem in heart due to which heart is pumping only 20% she is taking medicines but sometimes not able to breathe properly. She is not getting sleep at night, when she is trying to sleep she is not able to breathe properly. She is not eating properly as she is saying that food is bitter and she got mouth ulcer too as her mouth is red and not able to eat anything and even she is not feeling like drinking water too.

Chest pain & discomfort

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 1 month ago(ef=61%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in January '26 Everyday I feel discomfort and tightness, heaviness like feeling & pain in the left chest. sometime even at rest.moreover feel  pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.                                  Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank you

Palpitations

My brother's age is 26 years from last 20 days he is suffering from palpitations during night his blood pressure is around 135-145. His echo cardio reports are normal. He also feels burping most of the time.suggest .

Irregular heartbeat sign

Hello doctor Recently I was checking my BP and two times I got an irregular heartbeat sign on an electronic machine. Though my BP was 111/68 with 68 heart rate. Is there anything to worry about. Nothing as such any symptoms and I am on mild medication for high BP (olmezest 10 mg) due to my anxiety issues. Now my anxiety is under control. Kindly advice.
