My last cycle length is 26 days . Me & my hus met on day 12. We went on some hectic travel after than . Today is my day 17 , I'm spotting with mild backache . Feeling really fatigue which might be due to hectic travel . Is this kind of mid cycle spotting is okay ?

I found out on 17th of april that i had a 7mm cyst in my right ovary with cloth 3cm x3cm after that I was taking tablet to control bleeding ... its been 5 days of me taking tablet but the spotting is still there . what should i do?
