Yesterday I had some chicken biriyani with a glass of coke. Day before yesterday I had fish curry both are home made not outside food and I had it in regular quantity not in excess. With that in mind, I searched for home remedies and had eno, warm water. I went to toilet for 2 times and I am feeling better than yesterday night. But the pain is still on and off. Breathing is ok for now. I have some Hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism, ENT issue like tinnitus, discharge, Vertigo issue. when I recently checked my BP in hospital I got 150/90. Nurse told me that's bec of speed walk. its ok.  I request you to guide me what I need to do now, within what time I need to consult Doctor. If so which specialist do I need to consult Cardiologist or Gastro or Lung specialist. I am confused and please suggest me on this.
