I am 30 years old and i was suffering from extreme tiredness and shortness of breath when I went to clinic my bp was 160 /100 later 10 days I have done 2d echo and it shows mild LVH and Grade I LV diastolic dysfunction present.
Now i feels very tiredness and I exhaust on small walk. Should i worry about this
I got test my mother when she feeling not well
Ecg found sinus arrhythmia and short PR interval
Blood test - b12 and d3 deficiency
Thyroid T3 high little bit
No bp (127/65)
No diabetes (Blood sugar ( 95))
Symptoms -
Weakness
Body pain
Lightheadedness
Palpitations
Is this dangerous anything, and what to do now

15 years of depression and anxiety patient, but since last 6 years medicine was not given because after her accident where her hand got fractured, she never took depression medicine...and all ok since than...but last one year this issue arises.
I am 21 years old male.3 days ago I got a chest pain at left side and it lasted for 30 mins then it got okay but from then I am having shortness of breathe and its even when I am resting and it increases when I do physical work.I am also now having intermittent mild chest pains at different sites.So what should I do and it be anything serious?
Did routine blood test.. all test came back fine but HsCRP is elevated to 2.65 mg/l and LDL is 125.. no symptoms.. pls suggest
I have done my TMT test today in which the conclusion was mentioned as "POSITIVE FOR INDUCED INSCHEMIA", Can I get the exact condition of that phrase and Is it a serious issue if so how can treat or reverse it?
