Face looks dark and patchy after makeup

Hi, I notice when I do makeup on my face, after certain time it looks dark or patchy due to sweat .. I am not sure what can I use to control that to avoid that patchy appearances due to sweat. Any recommendation which I can use underneath before doing makeup. I use primer but still the same.
